The helical baffle design forces gases into a controlled spiral, increasing dwell time and promoting a more even pressure drop across the suppressor. Unlike traditional linear baffle stacks that can create turbulent, uneven pressure zones, XCR’s spiral pathways work in harmony with cross-chamber metering to maintain balanced pressure from chamber to chamber. The result is smoother cycling, cleaner operation, and consistent performance during both semi-automatic and full-automatic fire.
